Returns & Exchanges

EleryB products may be returned or exchanged within 30 business days from shipment. Items must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

For towel exchanges, return only the towel while keeping the box for continued use with the towel replacement.

For washcloth exchanges, the washcloths must be returned in their original packaging.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Click on Contact Us on the website or email us at info@eleryb.com with details of the item(s) being returned or exchanged - item name, binding color, quantity, and reason for return. For exchanges, also specify your preferred replacement binding color.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for damages incurred during transit.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

 

Refunds

Upon return inspection, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us on the website or email us at info@eleryb.com.
